Magnetic clasp works good with 6mm beads and necklace length up to 17 inches. Magnetic clasp will not hold longer necklaces and bigger beads necklaces.

You can also choose to have a Silver Push Pin clasp that works with any necklace length for any bead size.

We do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons. PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION in its entirety BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER and please do not hesitate to reach out, if you have questions.

We do accept exchanges (exceptions apply) for products that are in unused condition and original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending the products back. Return shipping and package reshipping charges are customer’s responsibility. Exchanges are not accepted for Made-to-Order products like custom orders.
Please review and ensure the shipping address is correct before placing the order. In case the order is submitted with incorrect address, please reach out to us immediately with corrected address. The address can be corrected at our end only before the package is marked as shipped. Once the package is shipped the address cannot be changed/updated. We do not provide refunds for packages shipped to incorrect address received on the order.
For reshipping the packages that are returned to us due to incorrect address, we do request the customer to cover shipping charges.
For scenarios where packages are marked as delivered to the address received on the order however you have still not received it, we do not provide refunds or replacements in such cases. We can however provide a discount code for future purchases.
